Nufarm appoints Deutsche Bank

Nufarm Limited, one of the world’s leading crop protection and specialist seeds companies, has appointed Deutsche Bank as sponsored depositary bank for its non-capital raising Level I American Depositary Receipt (ADR) programme.

Listed on the Australian Stock Exchange, Nufarm has its head office at Laverton in Melbourne, Australia, and has manufacturing and marketing operations based in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the Americas. It employs more than 3,400 people.

Naomi Flutter, head of global transaction banking, Australia & New Zealand at Deutsche Bank, says Nufarm will be able to use the programme to enhance its investor relations strategies and broaden its shareholder base.
