Liquidnet, the global institutional trading network, says it has appointed Rebecca Healey as Head of Market Structure and Strategy.
She will use her 18 years of experience to collaborate and deliver research and insights for both the European equities and fixed income markets, it says, reporting to Mark Pumfrey, head of Liquidnet Europe.
Pumfrey said: “Rebecca is a well-respected thought leader and adviser in the industry. Her deep understanding of the European financial services regulatory environment and the impact policy changes will have on market structure and market participants is a very powerful combination. Her skill-set and knowledge will further strengthen our efforts to help our Members navigate the complexities of UK and European market structure at this pivotal time in the industry – especially important given the UK’s potential exit from the EU.”
Healey joins from TABB Group where she was principal European capital markets research analyst and consultant, and Incisus Partners, an independent research consultancy she founded in 2015.
