George Zolnai has been appointed the new CEO of Raiffeisen Bank Zrt., Budapest, subject to the approval of the Supervisory Board, and of the Hungarian authorities. Zolnai has many years of experience as a senior banker, both in Hungary and abroad, and is currently CEO of Budapest Bank. He will succeed Heinz Wiedner who will step down from his position as of May 1, 2017, after having served as Raiffeisen Bank’s CEO for more than six years.
