KNEIP makes two senior hires

Patrick Hilt joins the firm from MIRACL where he was CTO. Before that he held senior roles at Skype, where he worked from 2011. Hilt is highly regarded in the technology sphere, and brings with him more than 20 years’ experience. As the new senior vice president for technology at KNEIP, Hilt will be responsible for overseeing the technological engineering developments, and ensuring the product is as efficient and easy-to-use as possible.

Lauri Paal joins KNEIP from his role as director of business development at Microsoft, heading up the global Skype for Business​ and Skype BD team. Paal was responsible for building the global paid services footprint at Skype, and held various senior roles in the telecoms industry. He takes on the role of Chief Product Officer at KNEIP, helping them further grow their reach in the industry.

Since its launch in 1993, KNEIP has grown organically and now develops reporting among multiple jurisdictions. As well as its offices across the UK and Europe, KNEIP also has clients in the USA and Asia and has strong ambitions for further geographic growth. Along with it’s online digital platform, KNEIP specialises in product governance and distribution, regulatory and financial reporting, and investor disclosures.
