Jordan & Jordan, a financial technology company that provides Regulatory Compliance, Market Data, and Industry Solutions across the Securities Industry, has announced that Chris Montagnino has re-joined the firm as Managing Director of Compliance Services. Chris will lead a team of experienced resources with subject matter expertise in trade surveillance (best execution,
spoofing/layering, market manipulation), regulatory requirements/reporting and large-scale industry initiatives such as consolidated audit trail (CAT) and market access.
Most recently, Chris was the Global Head of Exchange Traded Products Surveillance for Deutsche Bank and prior to that he was the former Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at First Republic Investment Management, Inc. This experience, along with his regulatory background from NYSE Enforcement and Market Surveillance, strengthens Jordan & Jordan’s depth of knowledge in the regulatory compliance area.
