360T says yes to Deutsche Börse

Deutsche Börse AG has agreed to buy global foreign exchange trading platform 360T Beteiligungs GmbH (360T) for a total purchase price of EUR 725 million.

Deutsche Börse says 360T has a broad customer base including corporates, buy-side firms, and banks, with double-digit annual revenue growth since it was launched in 2000.

Deutsche Börse says it plans to finance the acquisition - which is expected to be immediately accretive to cash earnings per share even without synergies - using a combination of debt and equity.

Completion is subject to competition and supervisory approval.

Trading bank accounts and transactions may be in Russian rubles, US dollars, euro, or yuan.
