Financial services regulation specialist JWG has appointed Blythe Barber as its new managing director.

Barber, says JWG, has held a number of senior positions including director at Expand Research (a subsidiary of the Boston Consulting Group), managing principal at Capco and senior trader at Schneider Trading Associates.

Barber will be working to help serve the global financial services marketplace with JWG’s RegDelta platform, which the firm describes as the world’s first regulatory change management solution.  JWG says RegDelta delivers a complete and up-to-date ‘golden source’ library containing the documentation financial institutions need to maintain control and manage regulatory change. It combines this database with  search and retrieval tools, allowing users to find and prioritize quickly the regulations that matter to them.

PJ Di Giammarino, CEO of JWG, says that as the industry tightens the nuts and bolts of G20’s regulatory framework, Barber will help clients face a pile of paperwork more than three Eiffel Towers tall by offering solutions which enable them to spot, know, assess and address every piece of relevant regulation.

Barry Gowdy has joined Vistra (UK) as a director, effective from the first of October.

Matthieu Herbeau has joined RBC Investor & Treasury Services as a managing director, global head of foreign exchange execution, treasury & market services.

BNP Paribas Securities Services has appointed Franck Dubois as Head of BNP Paribas Securities Services France.                                                                                                                                            

Stephen Moran has joined International Financial Data Services (IFDS), a provider of outsourced administration and technology solutions to the fund platform, collective investment, as chief operating officer of its Platform Solutions business.

Mark Wetjen is to join the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as managing director with responsibility for leading its global public policy function and related business and legal activities.
