Stephen Moran has joined International Financial Data Services (IFDS), a provider of outsourced administration and technology solutions to the fund platform, collective investment, as chief operating officer of its Platform Solutions business.

Based in the UK, he will report to Matthew Brown, chief executive officer of platforms.

Mohan joins from Allfunds Bank SA, Europe’s largest fund platform, where he was head of UK and Ireland. 

Barry Gowdy has joined Vistra (UK) as a director, effective from the first of October.

Mark Wetjen is to join the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as managing director with responsibility for leading its global public policy function and related business and legal activities.
